ReplayIQ is a web-based training platform designed specifically for rugby match officials. Our service provides video-based learning modules, assessment tools, and skill development resources to help referees and TMOs improve their decision-making capabilities.

2.1 Platform Features

• Match Simulation: Real-time decision-making training with live transmission feeds and delayed replay footage
• Incident Review: Multi-camera analysis of match incidents for TMO recommendation practice
• The Bunker: Yellow card review scenarios that simulate professional match environments
• Skill Guides: Educational content covering TV production, equipment, and competition-specific knowledge

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your account

4. Acceptable Use

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

4.1 Prohibited Activities

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation

• To share, distribute, or publicly display video content from the platform without express written permission

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ReplayIQ and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Service.

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding ReplayIQ or the Service is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Payment and Subscription

Access to ReplayIQ is provided through organizational subscriptions. Payment terms are established through direct agreements with subscribing organizations. Individual users gain access through their organization's subscription.

• Subscription fees are determined by organizational agreements and seat allocations
• Organizations are responsible for managing user access within their allocated seats
• Refunds, if any, are subject to the specific terms agreed upon with each organization
• Individual users do not have direct billing relationships with ReplayIQ

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReplayIQ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReplayIQ and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
